Non-corporate clients such as asset management schemes of securities companies and fund management companies as well as private investment funds registered with the Asset Management Association of China cannot enter into EFP transactions on Chinese government bond futures directly with each other. However, the said clients may engage in such transactions through securities companies and other financial institutions.
