A member may view the reason for the failure of its registration and if it has any question over such reason, may consult the Exchange. The member can, after improving its registration materials, submit another registration application and upload the required attachments through the member service system. If the Exchange requires supplemental materials or any document is oversized and required to be split, such supplemental materials or document can be uploaded through the “Add Supplemental Materials” function on the “New Registration” interface.
