In such case, it is highly possible that the trader’s account information has been used or tampered by others. The trader should immediately report the case to the institution administrator to confirm whether there is any abnormality in the account. If there is any risk, please do not proceed to use the account to create and confirm EFP reports. The institution administrator can delete the account and create a new account for the trader.
