Upon the occurrence of the following circumstances, CFFEX will take supervisory measures:
(1) Any client provides false trading information such as false deal and delivery tickets for cash bonds;
(2) Disrupting the orderly operation of the market by engaging in non-bona fide EFP transactions;
(3) Violating relevant laws and regulations such as tunneling; or
(4) Other acts identified by CFFEX.
